Within A Mother's Arms Breastfeeding Support Services
Debbie Pollesch-owner, RN, IBCLC I have been a RN for 15 years with 13 of those years working with new families. I started out as a post-partum nurse in 1996 then received certification as a lactation educator in 1998. I continued to work in those roles as well as began teaching childbirth and breastfeeding classes to expectant parents and for a brief time working in the labor and delivery unit. I received my IBCLC in 2004 and in 2005 began some independent consulting as Within A Mother's Arms. I have been working closely the last few years with Tosa Pediatrics assisting their newborns and moms with breastfeeding issues. I also work with other pediatricians to provide a cohesive care plan in regards to breastfeeding issues. I have been married for 16 years and have 4 children. I LOVE what I do, but when I am not "working" I enjoy traveling and playing sports. |
